I love pineapple upside down pudding.Except when i make it i dont put syrup on the bottom it makes the cake go all soggy.

Thanks loony.. and i didnt even get a piece of the pink one.Everyone massacred it.

FR thanks...its vanilla flavoured icing just dyed pink.I cant wait to make my valentines one! got the heart shaped tin and everything teheheh.

MUFC- I'd love too! Problems the delivery lol! I love baking experimenting..best bits the decorating
